The Coldwater Masjid was established in 1980.  Since that time, it has been expanded three times.  The Masjid started in a small house 1st floor. Later on, the 2nd floor became part of the Masjid, and in 2007, we purchased a building “used to be a church “next to our Masjid. The Masjid serves the Muslim community in Coldwater and neighboring cities.  The Muslims population keeps increasing— around 3000 residents. The Masjid consists of a prayer area and a weekend school that serves more than 230 students, Quran memorization school, and we started English classes program for elder sisters in our community to help them with their daily conversations with their kids and others.

Over many years, the Muslim community of Coldwater, MI has been growing rapidly thanks to the help of Allah. As the main and only Mosque in the area, we are now at the point that we must expand and erect a new Masjid due to the small space of our current one. Alhamdulillah our facility becomes full every Friday “Jummah” and is active with our Quran Memorization School (Al-Siddiq School) and Al-Farooq school (weekend school ) With your help, you can help make this possible with us by generously donating for the Sake of Allah.

Our future Masjid Project will be a new 30,000 square feet Masjid, consist of a prayer hall for men, prayer hall for women, Imam’s office, meeting room, library, manager’s room, storage, shoe area restrooms “wadu’a” area, and utility room.
